Near the end of this period, city staff will check on the construction work and new landscaping and determine if additional repair or maintenance work is needed. The project will then begin a two-year period in which Kerr is responsible for problems with materials and workmanship. Soon this improvements project will transfer back to city ownership, and our contractor Kerr will leave the area.
